We are looking for a UX Architect to lead the design development for the modern Sales-oriented Unified Communications Solution.
In this role, you will lead our team of brilliant and experienced UX/UI Designers and interact on a regular basis with Product, Marketing, and Sales Teams.
Solid UI \ UX background along with proven experience to lead senior teams and manage processes is essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Create and lead a strong team of UX \ UI designers
- Hold accountability for UX \ UI service results and outcomes
- Partner with business teams to understand the desired product outcomes
- Manage Product design process and life cycle by introducing best design practices
- Develop the structure and flow to make that possible
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences
- Develop wireframes, designs, prototypes and perform user research and testing
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in UI\UX Design of complex Web and Mobile solutions
- Solid experience in user research, information architecture and design, and content strategy
- Proven leadership experience with senior UI \ UX Teams
- Proven experience aligning product and UX strategies
- Fluency in modern design stack (Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud)
- The ability to understand technical implications of design decisions
- Good written and spoken English (C1+)
A big plus, but not required:
- Experience with Product success metrics definition, implementation, and analysis
- Experience with online collaboration and communication platforms
- Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc) methodologies
