The Business Analyst carries out Business Analysis relating to our client's needs across various product offerings. 🐞 Job Summary

The Business Analyst carries out Business Analysis relating to our client's needs across various product offerings. This will include (but is not limited to) requirements gathering, defining the objectives and scope of the implementations, and producing high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRD's) and Design Documents. You will be required to communicate effectively with senior client contacts as well as across multiple internal departments (e.g. Product, Operations, Engineering & Client Solutions). You will also be expected to manage multiple initiatives concurrently at varying levels of complexity

🎯 Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on the business processes supported by software solutions

• Gather requirements and produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for client approval and subsequent implementation by our team

• Prescribe solutions to clients based on best practices and recommend process changes as needed

• Conduct end-user training with the goal of ensuring widespread adoption of the software

• Some travel required

🥑 Requirements

• Broad and in-depth understanding of buy-side front and middle office business concepts and processes

• Asset Class experience with Syndicated Loans and Corporate Bonds. MBS / ABS, CDS, IR Swaps, and Foreign Exchange are also desirable

• Familiarity with one or more front and/or middle office software solutions

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and adept at listening and soliciting feedback

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Effective time management and prioritization skills

• Detail-oriented & strong work ethic

• Great teamwork skills

• A degree from a 4-year university

• CFA, FRM, or equivalent educational background preferred
