Responsibilities:

• Business analysis planning and monitoring.

• Elicitation and collaboration.

• Requirements life cycle management.

• Strategy analysis (including transition requirements).

• Requirements analysis and design definition (including wireframes).

• Solution evaluation (optional).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge in theoretical and practical aspects of Business/Systems Analysis.

• Understanding of SDLC methodologies.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly to a new domain.

• Solid knowledge of software products architecture and design.

• Real experience in documenting solution designs based on business requirements.

• Analytical mindset, technical writing skills, attention to details, design thinking.

• Technical stack:

- UML, ERD, BPMN

- OOP concept

- REST API, WebSocket

- SMDB, SQL

- JSON, XML

- Experience with Web/Mobile/Cloud platforms (optional)

- Architecture of Android/iOS applications (optional)

- 3rd party integrations (optional)

Goals for probation period:

1. Prove experience in main knowledge areas.

2. Prove experience in more than 20 BA techniques.

3. To learn domain.

4. To learn company products.

5. To get positive feedbacks from customers.

6. Close several initiatives successfully (3-5).

7. Percentage deviation from BA estimates less than 40%.

KPIs for probation period:

1. Prove experience in main knowledge areas – at least 4 from 6.

2. Prove experience in more than 20 BA techniques.

3. To learn domain – should be checked by Head of BA.

4. To learn company products – should be checked by Head of BA.

5. To get positive feedbacks from customers – Head of BA collects feedbacks.

6. Close several initiatives successfully (3-5).

7. Percentage deviation from BA estimates less than 40%.
