We are looking for a contractor who, if necessary, is ready to independently relocate to Hungary, Budapest.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Providing full secretarial and administrative services
• Organization of business trips of managers or teams (buying tickets, searching and booking hotels, making travel plans)
• Preparation of comprehensive and detailed travel plans, routes and schedules, as well as preparation of documents for meetings
• Maintenance of financial documentation
• Conducting in-depth analytical work, translation and information support
• Organization of document management (receiving and sending documentation, reporting)
• Communication with counterparties
• Issuance of visas, invitations

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Good command of the English language
• Knowledge of the Hungarian language will be required
• Confident skills in using Microsoft Office and office equipment
• Experience in organizing business meetings, keeping protocols and document management
• The ability to communicate with middle managers
• Sociability and openness
