You will lead a team of SDRs and play a key role in our sales strategy, focusing on client acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

🔹Manage and coordinate the SDR team, including training, motivation, and performance evaluation of team members.

🔹Develop and implement a strategy for acquiring new clients using modern tools and methods.

🔹Analyze and optimize lead generation, customer interaction, and sales processes.

🔹Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to define target audiences and sales strategies.

🔹Monitor and report on key performance metrics for the SDR team.

🔹Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

🔸Experience in the role of an SDR or a similar position in the IT industry.

🔸Experience in managing an SDR team or a similar team.

🔸Knowledge of modern client acquisition and lead generation methods and tools.

🔸Analytical skills and the ability to work with data to optimize processes.

🔸Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company convincingly.

🔸Desire for self-improvement and a track record of achieving results.

Selection stages:

3. Technical interview with CEO.
