Responsibilities:

Lead 1-2 Scrum teams daily activities within Scrum framework;

Balance the role of agile leader and execution responsible;

Provide impediment service for teams;

Coach the team on processes and tools;

Ensure visibility and understanding of the product roadmap and goals;

Create and support transparent process of Product Backlog Refinement;

Coach the Scrum team on effective Product Backlog items creation process;

Drive establishment of the learning organization through leading, training, and coaching;

Establish partnership between Product and Engineering;

Drive agile mindset and high-quality standards across teams and organization;

Requirements:

At least 2 years overall experience in Scrum Master role;

Strong practical knowledge in Scrum and Kanban;

Strong leadership skills;

Proficient skills in team coaching;

Practical knowledge of Miro, Jira, Confluence;

Ability to work with remote teams;

CSM, PSM 1/2 or, CLB is a big plus;

Experience in scaled environment, multi-team development (preferably)

IT background on any role within team (QA, PO, dev etc) (preferably);
