Salesforce Admin/Developer

Basic responsibilities and experience:

• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment.
• Be in constant communication and collaboration with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions as well facilitate continuous improvement within the environment.
• Research solutions on force.com technologies and communicate trends and future needs from a business perspective.
• Complete execution of SDLC cycle - involvement in Requirements analysis, architecture/design, implementation and integration testing
• Provide innovative solutions that can improve fulfilling business needs in optimized way.
• Experienced on Data Transformations, Profiling and Cleansing operations.

Deliverables:

• Implementing improvements and new functionalities in SFDC; 
• Supporting Salesforce.com configuration tasks; 
• Performing maintenance and troubleshooting of applications; 
• Support/Maintain monthly data loads (ETL scripts using Talend is a plus)
