WebCEO is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Sales Manager
Musts:
- 1+ years of previous successful experience in a client-related field.
- Experience in using sales tools, Google services, and various CRM systems
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Ability to work remotely both independently and within a team 8−10 hours per day (except weekends
- Responsible, positive, and proactive attitude to work.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn new things.
- Self-organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The desire to learn and continuously improve.
- Responsible and attentive to detail.
- Analytical skills are a must.
- Clear, effective, and articulate verbal and written communication skills with excellent proficiency in the English language
- Strong work ethic with a detailed oriented, organizational, and time-management skills
- Strong ability to build and grow relationships with prospects and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule online demos with potential customers around the world;
- Work with sales tools, G-suite services, multiple CRM systems, and Chrome extensions;
- Develop B2B messages for outreach via email and LinkedIn;
- Schedule semi-automated, semi-manual email send-outs;
- Handle prospect responses: work with objections, schedule appointments and follow-ups;
- Accept hot inbound sales leads, qualify them, demo them and close sales (no outbound sales)
- Use your natural curiosity, creativity, coachability, and ambition to improve your sales performance, Achieve KPIs, and great measures of your performance with the team;
- Work closely with the marketing team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend your reach;
- Working with other managers, you should close big deals and make up-sales
- Contribute to improvements in departmental processes and best practices
