    YOU ARE

    • Ready to be responsible for managing an assigned project of low complexity with an overall team size of up to 15 project members
    • Able to be responsible for communication between SoftServe and the Client, facilitation engagement/proposal phase for new opportunities/projects, building, and managing client expectations
    • Assuring proper project(s) deliverables in all aspects (budget/scope/schedule/quality) at all SDLC stages — initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and control, closing



    YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

    • Building and maintaining project(s) team structure for meeting successful project(s) goals and objectives
    • Leading and directing software development teams to deliver project(s) within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources
    • Managing day-to-day operational activities of assigned project(s)
    • Managing Client expectations, monitoring, and increasing CSAT level. Facilitating project-related client communications on all levels
    • Motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging direct subordinates
    • Reporting assigned project(s) status to stakeholders (including high-level status in regards to Client, people, and business development perspectives)
    • Establishing consistent project management processes within the assigned project(s)
    • Creating and maintaining project management documentation and revising as appropriate
    • Implementing and using best-in-class delivery metrics with the goal to reach and maintain the best performance
    • Ensuring quality of delivered services and solutions from technology/architecture and functional/domain standpoint

    • Get assistance and training from the core team members who will serve as knowledge owners in order to facilitate the most efficient learning
