We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Project Coordinator to join the Esper team!

We are manufacturing prostheses, launching sales in the United States, and at the same time, we are collecting a list of injured Ukrainians who need prostheses. We are trying to help them get their prosthesis and restore their ability to work and live a full life

We sincerely want to help Ukrainians with what we can — our product and experience. That's why we invite all the Ukrainians in need of a prosthetic to fill out this form. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who'll work in this direction🦾

The purpose of this role is to build our initiative as a simple process in Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities:

The main area of ​​responsibility is to build and manage our initiative in Ukraine accurately and rapidly. 

A Project Coordinator ensures that upcoming projects are implemented successfully by gathering resources and information.

• communication on various issues with prosthetic clinics in Ukraine
• communication with Public Organizations in Ukraine
• cooperation with government agencies to cover the cost of prostheses in Ukraine
• liaising with people who’ve filled out the form and need prosthetics, ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
• building a network of contacts with prosthetists and promoting our initiative
• troubleshooting projects’ problems. Identifying and implementing solutions
• establish and maintain cooperation with all project participants (сlinics, clients, stakeholders, etc)
• act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports

It is necessary for us to understand how the prosthetics market in Ukraine works! A tough challenge and a great help in these times for Ukraine! 

Job Skill Requirements:

• experience in projects dealing with Public Organizations or other relevant areas
• experience in project management, from conception to delivery
• an ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
• ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• strong organizational and multitasking skills
• strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and diplomacy
• exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in Ukrainian
• excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
