Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Experience with different tools for finding candidates;
• Conducting a full cycle of recruitment using Top Grading
• The ability to think outside the box;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Knowledge of English at the intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Look for good developers from the Middle level and above;
• Do a flow: search, screening of candidates, and giving them to recruiters for further communication;
• To form analytics on work on the vacancy;
• Communicate with the in-house team of recruiters;
