We are looking for an experienced and talented Lead Cyber Security Engineer to join our core team.


In this role, you will assess the security of Ultra’s software systems, build and rally teams of engineers, and have a deep understanding of product security. You must also possess the considerable soft skills to negotiate and communicate with stakeholders across the Company


World-wide Blockchain start-up aiming to compete STEAM in the game monetization business.


You will have a chance to work with ex-CTO of DELL; Ex-Strategy Officer of Apple and Google and few more executives from a great world-class companies.


Project is Innovative PC games distribution platform, combined with a full gaming app ecosystem. Platform offers a highly integrative user experience and new business models for developers, gamers and influencers. The goal is to unify the fragmented gaming industry around one platform.


The combination of cutting-edge technologies we use (including blockchain) enables platform to aggregate all gamers’ activities in one place: from buying, playing and reselling games, to accessing live-streaming platforms, tournaments, reviews and contests, as well as interacting with communities and brands.


Team is currently composed of 70+ full-time members, working across 5 continents.


Requirments

● 6+ years of background in security, including platform security, application security, security operations

● Security certification (e.g., OSCP, OCSE, CEH, GSE, CISSP, etc.)

● A demonstrated ability to operate successfully within a large, distributed engineering organization.

● Experience with bug bounty and penetration testing program

● Implement and operate proactive security tools that allow us to identify and mitigate risks before they make it to production

● Experience with working with a wide spectrum of development teams

● AWS or GCP knowledge

● Kubernetes experience

● Implementing security practices

● Data protection regulations knowledge

● Managerial experience


Responsibilities


● What you will do:


Lead and Manage a talented team of engineers by motivating, coaching, setting goals for the team and modeling how we work together

Implement and operate perimeter security tools that help us to defend against malicious activity such as account takeovers

Improve observability by growing and operationalizing our asset and risk management programs

Improve tooling to detect security events and design processes to triage them as rapidly as possible

Implement and operate proactive security tools that allow us to identify and mitigate risks before they make it to production

Maintain and improve our bug bounty and penetration testing programs.

Work with software development teams to perform application security reviews

Help to drive security-related product changes, evangelize for security best practices within the organization

Design security architecture for new features

Maintain accountability for third-party managed security service providers

Improve the security hygiene for our cloud infrastructure tooling and identity and access management controls
