iT-Outstaffing.com is an IT staff augmentation service with 12 worldwide locations and over 18,000 best IT developers from the EU. We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales activities to achieve the desired results.

Required Skills:

At least 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in selling IT outsourcing services

Deep understanding of IT outsourcing service development

Experience in direct B2B sales and selling services at C-level

Advanced/Fluent English skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities:

Drive the sales cycle from SAL, SQL stage customer engagement to closed deals

Identify new potential opportunities through qualifying while prospecting; MQL, SAL, SQL

Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Leadgen, TIM, and other teams to maximize revenue growth

Present and pitch the company’s services to potential customers

Create proper marketing materials for the sales processes

Continuously work with ICP: fine-tuning, deepening, etc.

Monitor and enhance sales activities consistently

Handle objections and work with rejections, as 20% of «not interested» leads appear in the next sales opportunities

Track sales goals and report results as necessary

Provide accurate and timely information to the Top Management Team as required
