Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment;

- Experience with different tools for finding candidates;

- The ability to think outside the box;

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;

- Knowledge of English at the intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities:

- Look for good developers from the Middle level and above;

- Do a flow: search, screening of candidates, and giving them to recruiters for further communication;

- To form analytics on work on the vacancy;

- Communicate with the in-house team of recruiters;
