YOU ARE

• Perfect English language lover from Shakespeare to Lamar’s songs, catching the difference between British and American English. English certifications at C1 level (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) would be a plus point
• A creative Ukrainian copywriter. The one who knows how to use simple Ukrainian words to catch the reader’s attention from the very first sentence
• Willing to learn and work on the crossroads of HR, Marketing, Recruiting, and Communication directions
• A Tech world enthusiast not only by checking new devices from Apple or Samsung, but keeping an eye on world tech leaders such as Tesla, Facebook, Amazon, Google, Salesforce, Instagram, etc.
• A follower of a rule ’the simpler the better’. The one who can easily transform a long and complicated message into a simple and clear one.
• A detail freak who will fight for a word or a comma in the right place. Can’t stay calm if you see the word ’advices’ or ’criterias’
• A consistent communicator who likes to plan everything in advance, double-check, collaborate with other creative people, and analyze the effect of the communication
• Just a creative person always striving for new ideas

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Internal communications of the global company using TOP-industry tools (Workplace by Facebook, Outlook, MS Teams, Screen Cloud, Bananatag, and others)
• Email communication as the focus (including collaboration with requestors, creating and scheduling emails, making sure the tone of voice and design of our email communication are followed, initiating new email formats, analyzing email efficiency, etc.)
• Putting sense and emotion into words. Combining the art of word and design into a creative piece of content(e-mails, posts, posters, gifs, video production, etc.)
• Employer brand campaigns for our associates to boost their feeling of belonging (such as SoftServe Awards, Company Day, and others)
• Designers, copywriters, other content and digital marketing specialists within briefings, brainstorming, workshops, and other formats for best content execution
• Global team. Being involved in HR Marketing initiatives in different directions and countries
