Requirements:
Customer services professional with excellent attention to detail;
Experience in handling customer issues and crises in a production environment;
At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical support teams and Systems Engineer/system administrator;
Experience in application support;
Strong familiarity with API's and application communication flows;
Excellent communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
Be part of 24/7 team of experts;
Handle customer’s technical issues by phone, email, and chat;
Lead training for end-users, set up new users' accounts and profiles, and deal with connectivity issues and other technical issues;
Establish and strengthen good customer relationships.
