We will work together on day-to-day system support and new projects. There is a steep learning curve, but you remain calm and eager to think of solutions.


Requirements:

➖ Customer services professional with excellent attention to detail;

➖ Experience in handling customer issues and crises in a production environment;

➖At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing technical support teams and Systems Engineer/system administrator;

➖ Experience in application support;

➖ Strong familiarity with API's and application communication flows;

➖ Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

➖ Be part of 24/7 team of experts;

➖ Handle customer’s technical issues by phone, email, and chat;

➖ Lead training for end-users, set up new users' accounts and profiles, and deal with connectivity issues and other technical issues;

➖ Establish and strengthen good customer relationships.
