Required skills:

-Experience in positions Head of Marketing, preferably within the gambling industry;

-Knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords;

-Experience with CRM software;

-Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.

Responsibilities:

-Planning and implementing multi-channel marketing activities;

-Manage scaled programs in paid digital media to deliver on Demand Generation and Awareness campaigns goals, working hand-in-hand with Integrated Marketing Managers and executing on integrated marketing plan goals;

-Partner and develop relationships, acquire insights and best practices from Media and Creative agencies as well as working with listings, coins, aggregators;

-Develop the framework and build a data insights pack to optimize the campaigns and enable decision making for optimization and prioritization;

-Define and develop proof of concepts and pilots to test innovative digital programs that can scale;

-Managing affiliate/referral programs;

-Create marketing materials (website, presentations, videos, articles, podcasts);

-Analyze the target audience’s needs.
