Hi! This is Lemon.io and we’re currently looking for the person able to elevate our content marketing and copywriting game above every other team in Ukraine (and in the world, eventually). 

Here’s what you’ll do in this role:

SEO and organic traffic acquisition. Along with one of the best SEO consultants in Ukraine, you’ll research, create and distribute content that converts readers to customers.

You will work directly with the SEO professional, marketing assistant and a pool of freelance content writers to produce relevant SEO-optimized content that doesn’t look or feel like SEO-optimized content. 

Content strategy. You’ll get to create and execute a content strategy that will be optimized for humans. We want our blog to eventually become the content people read when they read.

The industry we work in may not be that sexy. But that doesn’t mean we are ready to settle for the unsexy content too. 

Conversion Copywriting. Create and optimize new and existing sales & landing pages, emails, and ads. 

Analytics. We’d love to pick up a data-driven approach to optimizing the existing content and improving it based on data and A/B tests. 

Team. You’ll build and manage your own team of content creators, writers, and any other team members you’ll need to make all of the above-mentioned possible. 

Here’s how to know you’re a good candidate for this role: 

• Your English is fluent or close to fluent
• You’re good at copywriting 
• You’re good at providing feedback to other writers 
• You understand the basics of SEO 
• You’re familiar with analytics and will be able to improve and optimize content & copy using data-priven approach 
• You’re good with people and willing to help others become their best professional selves 

Your mission will be to build a team of amazing writers and content creators and become the strategic leader. You’ll own all of our written content & copy, and design a content strategy that will take our organic and content-based lead generation to the next level.
