We are seeking a full-time hire to own and grow the hacker community (5k+ all over the world) to create a wholesome, technical, and inclusive place for every security engineer, bug hunter, hacker, developer. Goal is to attract, engage, support hackers, and increase the level of hacker involvement

Expected Activities:

• Be the leader at HackenProof Community. You will be the architect for your position and the direction the community will be going.
• Organize and manage meetups, hackathons, conferences, webinars, promo campaigns
• Organize and manage CTF, contests, etc
• Manage social media: Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Telegram
• Plan and implement merch shop
• Plan and implement educational hub
• Perform regular analytics on key metrics
• Prepare regular hacker reports with analytic information
• Organize hacker support stream
• Promote and work with different communities to bring new members

Expected Experience:

• -Prior experience with community management at a crypto or tech startup
• -An abundance of energy for engaging and working with other people
• Ability to prioritize and organize operationally complex work, with great attention to detail; are accountable by default
• Top-notch communication skills
• Fluent English
• Tech network would be a plus
• Tech background would be a plus
