SoftServe is looking for a Functional Manager to join our University Joint Program team in Global Delivery Leadership organization.

University Joint Program is an ecosystem designed to build cooperation between the State University Departments and SoftServe. As a part of the team, you will get a chance to participate in designing innovative approaches in the education area and will help our company to launch partnership projects with educational organizations across multiple locations.

YOU ARE

Our perfect candidate is

• Having at least 2-year experience in IT educational area and, holding a managerial position
• Understanding the educational processes in Ukraine and globally (private and government-funded)
• Showing a concept software development company functioning
• Possessing the cores of general management and project management
• Skilled in team management (setting clear objectives, goals, and managing priorities)
• Self-organized and detail-oriented
• Able to handle multi-task activities
• Initiative, pro-active, and flexible
• Client-oriented, an excellent communicator, and a proven presenter
• Demonstrating good leadership and teambuilding skills

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Program Design team on developing and implementing methodology to help SoftServe Development Centers execute joint programs with educational organizations
• SoftServe competence experts, developing experts’ community
• External teachers, developing teachers' community
• Sharing program best practices between SoftServe Development Centers
• Consulting and managing program Education Stream processes on partnership projects in development centers
• Discussing and agreeing on needs and expectations between all stakeholders, defining success criteria
• Measuring effectiveness and progress, establishing ongoing improvement for process
