About the job

A Portuguese FinTech product company driven to build the best blockchain payment solution.We need someone as passionate as us about changing the world with crypto. We need someone that’s in love with design-focused development. If that’s you, and a fast-paced environment doesn’t scare you, help us scale a product that will bridge the gap between crypto buyers and leading companies across the world.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Full-Stack developer;
  • Experience leading architecture definition;
  • Strong decision making skills (our platform is still in its early stages, so a lot of the technical decisions are still in the making, and you will be a part of that);
  • Knowledge of Elixir Umbrella App, and the CQRS/Event Sourcing approach. We are aware this is an unusual combo. We think it’s very fun, though;
  • A healthy respect for security. We practice and follow security and privacy by design;
  • Knowledge of the Phoenix framework;
  • Knowledge of CQRS and DDD principles;
  • Experience with EEx views and React, Ajax and Web Sockets;
  • A willingness to deal with unexpected problems (we are scaling up, you see).



Will be a plus:

  • Knowledge of Ruby or other OOP languages, and a desire to make the jump;
  • Experience in leading the architecture definition of products and teams.
