Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in talent recruiting or willingness and ability to learn fast
  • Excellent candidate-facing and internally facing communication skills
  • Excellent English, Ukrainian, and Russian written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Must be good with negotiation skills, converting leads & generating business.
  • Strong sales and recruiting fundamentals along with good sales & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressures of recruiting targets and work as per tight deadlines.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from gathering job requirements to a job offer
  • Develop recruitment strategies for different positions
  • Create vacancy descriptions, maintain job postings
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is being followed, including ATS maintaining and recruitment data consistency and purity, giving timely feedback
  • Conduct HR interviews
  • Job market research and analytics
  • Monitor and coordinate recruitment team performance
  • Implement ideas to improve the recruiting process
