We are looking for an experienced digital marketing manager to cope with our growth ambitions within the marketing team. Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementation of a brand promotion strategy;

- Conducting Google Ads campaigns and YouTube advertising;

- Setting up and running advertising campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin;

- Performing web-analytics and following improvement the effectiveness of campaigns, control over the implementation of KPI;

- SEO and PPM including selection of keywords, target audience segmentation, activity analysis, monitoring rates and consumption using internal software;

- everyday improvements via examining available materials in effective context and applying what has been learned in practice.

Requirements:

- Have proven experience with managing campaigns in Google Adwords

- Have a ground understanding of how to improve CTR increase campaign reach reduce the cost of clicks;

- May explain to us statistics from analytics systems (e.g. Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica)

- Be a proficient English speaker and user

Additional requirements:

- Experience with Google Ads in IT and JS-websites;

- Successful portfolio and feedback, including from previous employers;

- Experience with IT, particularly software development or no-code companies;

- Knowledge to work with GA and GTM;

- Basic knowledge of SEO;

- Certification in contextual advertising systems.
