We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated customer success manager to improve the experience of R8G customers. Using a variety of methods, engage with customers, including complaints management, satisfaction surveys, and overall satisfaction about their experience of doing business with Room8.

Help us to learn from complaints and use customer feedback to improve services.

Have responsibility for and ownership of R8Gs’ complaints recording system, policy and procedure.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including BD/AM, as well as production teams.


Superpowers you have are: 

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, business development or project management;
  • An ability to thoroughly understand and anticipate existing and future needs of the client to develop compelling solutions;
  • An ability to analyze and interpret data to provide client recommendations;
  • Experience in working and delivering to multiple stakeholders from internal and external teams;
  • Highly organized to maintain schedules and deliverables;
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines and manage client’s expectations;
  • A strong ability to simultaneously maintain relationships with multiple clients and production teams to keep both sides of the business satisfied;
  • Work experience in a customer-oriented environment or in VIP customer-service as an advantage;
  • Great organization, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to details;
  • Commitment to providing world-class service to valuable customers.

 

Becoming a part of Room 8 Studio team you will: 

  • Track customer experiences across all possible channels and touchpoints;
  • Collaborate with BDMs, production and marketing teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness;
  • Align customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and inform customers about new product features and functionalities;
  • Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences;
  • Coordinate onboarding process for customers;
  • Analyze and prepare reports on customer feedback on projects/services delivered or being delivered;
  • Perform production tests, evaluate after-sales and support services, and facilitate improvements.
  • Document processes and logging issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
