What you will do
- Be accountable for engineering vision including technology and language selection, engineering team composition, development processes, coding standards, test, and release strategies
- Develop architecture and define tech & product roadmap
- Recruit and onboard 3 to 7 engineers in 2021
- Establish standards of performance and lead the engineering team
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering
- 3+ years of managing small teams (up to 15 engineers) with various stack (better in a startup)
- Passion for optimization process and the ability to work under the stress of scaling-up startup (15x Revenue growth for 12 months)

- Strong influencing skills and an ability to take people on a journey to sell in an idea or point of view
- Learning mindset and an ability to systematically break ambiguous problems down and build execution plans
Knowledge & Experience:
- Good knowledge of architecture/design patterns and styles
- Experience working with source control systems, code review systems
- Experience working with debugging/profiling tools, ability to resolve performance issues
- Advanced knowledge in Jira, Scrum
- Fluent English
