We continue to grow and care about the quality of our service, so we are currently looking for someone to help us improve our English-language content.
Part-time, working hours are expected to be 10-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Translate, proofread & edit internal and client-facing documentation (vacancies posts, CVs, roles & responsibilities description, company handbook, company policies, process description, etc.);
- Translate, proofread & edit SMM publications relevant to HR Brand awareness (LinkedIn Posts, Instagram posts);
- Support for the company's style, brand, and voice in all texts and publications.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Confident user of Word, PowerPoint and Adobe;
- Ability to simplify and organize text and documents making information easily discoverable & digestible;
- Ability to adjust the writing style to correspond to the company’s tone of voice and values (professional but fun);
- Ability to prioritize tasks working with several stakeholders (HR, TA, Ops).
Will be a plus:
- Previous experience with similar tasks in IT company.
- Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence) and cloud docs (OneDrive) will be a plus.
