Resolute founders have over 15-year working experience in Logistics, Tech and Finance industries of the USA, Canada and Europe. Today our company has over several dozens of experienced Logistics Dispatchers that are split into mini-teams and located in the safe location in Ukraine and in Poland. Our clients are drivers, owners of trucks and small & medium trucking companies in the USA.

• Leadership team management
• Annual and quarterly joint goals setting together Board according to corporate strategy
• Action plans execution to achieve corporate goals
• Business functions development together with team members
• Provisioning of personal development plans and career paths for team members
• Budgeting, financial planning and financial control
• Negotiations and establish relations with strategic clients, partners and suppliers
• Introduce and implement innovative approaches
• Risk management

Requirements, skill set and experience we believe you should have for that role 😎

• Experience in setting and implementing strategic goals and plans (one year or longer perspective).
• Experience and skills to manage remote distributed teams.
• People management, interpersonal and soft skills.
• Time-management skills, ability to organize and prioritize own and team scope of work.
• Experience in business processes implementation and functioning.
• Project Management experience (at least 3 projects delivered according to project goals with teams at least 10 people and duration at least 6 months).
• Knowledge and experience in detailed action planning and tasks setting to achieve goals, able to effectively control action plans execution.
• General knowledge in Recruitment, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT, Customer Service.
• Skilled user of various online business software (document management, emails, messaging, CRM, billing software, others).
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Work from safe locations – can be USA, EU countries or safe locations in Ukraine.
