Reface is hiring Customer Support

Work with the Reface Customer support team and respond to emails, reviews, and questions in chats 24/7 covering all the countries. Work will presume 2/2 with night shifts once or twice a week remotely.

What will you do:

• Communicate with users via live chat, App Store, Google Play, or e-mail in order to create a trustworthy and friendly atmosphere for the clients

• Make sure clients get the best experience using our brand 24/7

• Quick, polite, and accurate answering-back to customer requests and inquiries

• Close cooperation with the product team, suggesting special service improvements for users, based on feedback from clients

• NO cold calling involved whatsoever!

You have:

• years of experience in a Customer support role or similar ones

• Strong spoken and written English

• Self-motivation, reliability, and ability to work independently

• Focus on customer needs and good customer service skills

• High communicative abilities and patience
