What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an ambitious, tenacious, entrepreneurial, proactive, grafter who is interested in a career connecting brands to film and culture.
This role will work with New Business, Creative, and Strategy team to support NewNative on all areas of brief generation, idea development, relationships, pitching, and generally assisting the team.
We don’t expect applicants to be experienced in all areas of this role but a proven sales track record is desired. Training will be provided to help adapt your skills to this role. Over time we hope that the successful applicant will develop within the company and specialise their skills.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the team in developing new client base
- Research and prep for meetings
- Create and feed into project documents
- Diary and team management
- Event production support
- Brainstorm project ideas and support on pitches
- Use our website CRM to add and edit records
- Assist with B2B marketing and social media
- Attend events, networking where possible
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a problem solver
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in technology
- Flexible and focused on solutions
- Organized and self-sufficient
- Sales focused with a creative flair
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Bright, enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Determined and flexible with an upbeat positive approach

- A strong communicator with excellent writing skills in English
- Outgoing and comfortable talking to a group
- Competent with IT and social media
