Business Development Representative

Description
We are looking for motivated IT sales representatives to join our high-performance team in Lviv, Ukraine. Candidates have to possess excellent research skills. We need smart and persistent team players focused on results to work closely with a sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Search for potential leads on LinkedIn and other sources
- Analyze IT job descriptions on companies' websites
- Send messages (LinkedIn/E-mail), engage and qualify leads
- Execute proper TEAM’s introduction during business correspondence via LinkedIn/E-mail
- Follow leads on regular basis
- Set up intro calls with Account Executive
- Prepare company profiles for the intro calls
- Create notes after the intro calls
- Maintain data in CRM
- Continue to expand knowledge in sales and IT
Requirements
- Strong and professional communication skills – written (required), verbal, presentation
- Upper intermediate English
- Experience with business correspondence
- Team Oriented
- Excel - basic
- Basic IT market knowledge
- Result-oriented and persistent
