Now we are looking for a Business Analyst. We are considering strong junior and middle level specialists.

Purpose of the role:

A Business Analyst will join the team which is focused on the projects in Energy domain. Analyst will take part both in product development and implementation projects for the customers in B2B sector.

In addition to the project activities, the analyst will take active part in presale, in particular, preparing the tender offers, holding product demonstration to customers, estimation of the compatibility between customer’s requirements and product functionality.

Requirements:

• Experience with the implementation of information systems, where the implementation is done by the analysts (e.g. SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics or similar);
• Analysis of the business requirements of the customer;
• General knowledge of UML;
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio, Jira;
• English level – Upper Intermediate.

Soft skills required:

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Presentation skills (both preparing and delivering of presentations);
• Effective self time-management.

Would be a plus:

• Technical background;
• Experience in communication with end customers during the whole project cycle;
• Ability to find the solutions to the issues, which arise during the project, and persistence in implementing the solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Documenting of the business requirements after communication with the foreign experts;
• Dive deep into studying of the regulatory documents;
• Preparation of use cases;
• Transferring of the use cases to the development team;
• Preparation of the formal sprint documentation;
• Taking part in the presale activities.
