Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in People Partnerrole;
• Experience in outstaffing or product company is a must;
• Strong understanding of how to bring people management processes and best practices into life;
• Successful experience in working with multinational clients (direct communication with foreign clients is a must);
• Experience in cross-organizational and cross-functional teamwork;
• Practical experience in the design of various HR processes, their development and implementation into the company life;
• Goal-oriented team player, which shows courage to speak up and challenges others;
• Good spoken and written English level.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, support, and implement HR processes into daily activities of our teams, managers and employees;
• Close communication with clients, building trust and long term relationships with them;
• Communicate with teams on a regular basis to assure that their life is super convenient;
• Act as an advisor on any HR-related issues for the all Newxel family;
• Implement and support monitoring of employees and clients satisfaction rate;
• Understand and coordinate HR strategies for particular project’s teams and in case of necessity act as a driver of changes that would bring us to better results;
• Monitor critical issues in people management of clients’ teams and come up with reasonable solutions and your ideas for changes.
