Responsibilities:
- Cover all the stages of the Talent Management Cycle: adaptation, appraisal, compensation and benefits, rotation, and attrition risk management
- Operating onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting welcome and exit interviews;
- Measuring employee satisfaction and engagement level;
- Managing and keeping updated performance evaluations calendar;
- Working with Managers and Teams to improve quality of cooperation and business unit performance;
- Creating and evolving company culture
- Assisting the customization of HR procedures and policies, and ensuring they are followed by employees;
- Supporting the research, design and development of HR initiatives;
- Organization team building/meetup events
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as HR Manager or related position in Tech Company;
- Familiarity with core HR Functions (Performance Management, People Relations, Training & Development etc);
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
- Analytical thinking;
- Extremely organized and attentive to details;
- Ability to keep your performance on a high level without constant monitoring;
- Ability to plan your own work, to proactively set your own tasks and priorities;
- English A2
