Travel team is part of the IT and administrative department and is responsible for the process of organizing business trips.

What you need for this:

• At least 2+ years of travel management experience including work experience in visa obtaining
• Experience with online booking systems,
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities;
• At least Intermediate (B1) level of English;
• Ability to interact effectively within office team, personnel, and management;
• Attentiveness and carefulness while working with documents;
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills;
• Well-organized and reliable.
• Stress resistant 

What you will deal with:

• Prepare local and international travel arrangements for staff, including airfare, hotel and car rentals based on organization’s travel policy and ensure proper management/client approval are obtained;
• Communicate with the management, project managers, and personnel to resolve various travel related questions;
• Track travel/visit expenses within allocated budgets;
• Organize customers’ visits;
• Process business visas for staff (UK, USA, Canada, KSA, India, Japan, China);
• Organize corporate trips abroad
• Per diem calculation
• Payment management
• Documents arrangement if necessary
