Requirements:

• Fluent English is a MUST.
• 3+ years of experience. 
• Solid background in content or copywriting. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of CAT tools, MS Word, MS Excel, GDrive.
• Experience with e-learning content authoring tools (i.e., Articulate Studio, Elucidat, SCORM, Articulate, Captivate, etc.).
• Creative communications and design capabilities, such as instructional design or marketing.
• Team player able to work in fast-paced environments, quick timelines, and changing priorities.
• Innovative thinking, grounded in research and data-based approaches.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop learning content for hospitality professionals.
• Partner and collaborate with subject matter experts on content development and delivery to organization.
• Craft messages and content that encourages and engages.
• Quality control the courses and verify every aspect of the online learning material: navigation, grammar, spelling, course interactions, etc.
• Edit and review existing e-Learning solutions to keep them current and relevant.
• Remain current with technology tools, trends, and system updates.
• Research and test various learning technologies and solutions to improve learning engagement, retention and behavior change.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
