- You’ve over a year of experience with cooperating or managing a team that works on a website: seo specialist, ppc specialist, designer, smm specialist, content specialist.

- You can calculate in 5 secs the Sign up rate and the Conversion rate of the website.

- You have a proven track of successful A/B tests.

- You operate numbers in Google Analytics better than linguists blend words.

- You know how to research like a pro and do it regularly.

- Your table book always relates to marketing trends.

As our ideal candidate, you are expected to:

- Manage and guide a team to improve the website’s CVR.

- Set revenue-related goals and ensure their achievement by the team.

- Conduct research, prepare and launch A/B/n test campaigns and analyze results.

- Create high-converting landing pages from scratch (content TS, design TS.)

- Work closely with our leading Analyst to find the website’s weaknesses and any possible helpful insights to improve conversion.
