Communicate with users day-to-day and find out new insights

Workflow:

• we use working processes. There are no scrum masters. The team decides how to work and what technologies and approaches to choose

• no micromanagement. We have no time or desire for this

• unlimited vacation time. We trust each other

• now we work remotely and smart, instead of 9 to 5

What will you do:

• conduct many, we mean, MANY user interviews in order to validate product hypotheses and collect users’ feedback on new feature releases

• continuously recruit users for interviews using various tools (in-app messages, screening questionnaires, direct messages)

• use various methods to collect users’ feedback: live interviews, (un)moderated tests, surveys, usability tests, social media, stores’ reviews

• effectively communicate the insights and findings to the team, so that they result in product improvements

• be proactive in finding new research ideas/methods

• stay on top of competitors’ activity. Knowing what they’re up to

You:

• have experience in UX Research for 2+ years

• have Advanced English• know how to segment users for interviews

• are experienced in working with analytics. You can figure out how to create a cohort, graph or dashboard

• know what a hypothesis validation process looks like• know top 12 rules for conducting user interviews

• LOVE diving into the unknown. Working in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment doesn’t freak you out
