We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will develop new creative concepts and engage our players in mobile apps.

Taking this position you will:

- Search for new ways to promote products, test new channels and ideas;

- Create new creative concepts and tech tasks for designers;

- Run ads in Facebook, Google Ads, etc.;

- Analyze the results of ads using different instruments (Appsflyer, Tableau, etc.)

- Interpret the results, create new hypotheses and improve the Process.

What do you need to join us:

- 1-2 years in marketing/analytics;

- Good analytic skills to work with data, numbers, metrics;

- Creativity;

- Skills to generate high quality marketing ideas and campaigns, consistency in work ethic and results;

- Ability to take responsibility for creative decisions based on analytic results.

Additionally:

- Experience being in a marketer position within the mobile games industry.;

- Skills working in online graphic software, Photoshop, Illustrator.
