JOB DESCRIPTION

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will own customer acquisition campaigns across different networks such as Unity, Vungle, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Optimize campaigns as well as analyze results to help us determine how and where to allocate the budget
• Hit monthly budget and ROI goals
• Cooperate closely with our analytics team to determine appropriate acquisition costs and KPIs for each market based on LTV, conversion rate, and other variables
• Work closely with other teams to share and implement learnings from paid marketing
• Manage marketing requests by working closely with a creative team

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years in marketing, experience in gaming is a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented with solid budgeting and day-to-day management abilities
• Ability to analyze a variety of data and identify marketing trends
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English (upper intermediate level or higher)
• Understanding of general media planning, analysis, and campaign management
• Interest in games and interactive entertainment industry preferred
