Live Play Mobile is the global leader in Live Streamed mobile social games. With operations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and in Kyiv, Ukraine, we are a team of gaming veterans and technology rockstars who are disrupting the social gaming category.

What you’ll do:

Live Play Mobile, is seeking a User Acquisition and Growth Manager.

Your job is to scale our mobile user acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Google and other performance marketing ad networks to bring our mobile games to millions of users. You will manage a marketing budget and ensure that campaigns are optimized to deliver maximum return on investment through your laser focused analysis of performance metrics.


Who you are:

You have hands-on experience doing mobile user acquisition at volume, either at an agency, or ideally a mobile gaming company. You want to be part of a small, highly dynamic team where your experience, influence and strategies will have a direct impact on the business. You are a self-starter who needs minimum oversight, and you thrive in a fast-paced multidisciplinary and international environment.


Responsibilities:

- Setup, manage and optimize Facebook and ad network campaigns daily

- Establish relationships and work directly with advertising partners to test new traffic sources and run performance marketing campaigns 

- Investigate market trends and provide actionable recommendations to the team

- Analyze the results of acquisition cohorts and perform optimizations to reach KPI goals

- Designing and executing tests to maximize partner delivery

- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, LiveOps and Studio Broadcast teams to ensure successful results

- Collating and presenting actionable results to management

- Oversee the creative team to deliver highly effective user acquisition creative in the most relevant formats


Required Experience:

- Previous experience working with Social, Search and Display channels in a mobile direct response advertising campaign

- Self starter with 4+ years experience in mobile acquisition at scale and conducting analysis on large data sets

- Able to push advertising partners to execute on the behalf of the company

- Able to dissect KPI’s and establish benchmarks through data

- Strong understanding of SQL and data tables, able to pull raw data and stitch together from multiple sources and derive actionable insights.

- Have a working knowledge of user acquisition funnel and partners needed to track every step of the way

- Understanding of attribution and MMP’s, preferably Kochava

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate results

- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Tableau or other data visualization

- Creative problem solver

- Ability to work independently or with a team

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline a plus (mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)
