Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in lead generation;
• 1 year+ experience in the position of IT sales manager;
• Experience working with Upwork;
• Knowledge of Upwork rules and search algorithms;
• Experience in leads management in CRM system;
• In-depth knowledge of the IT industry;
• Creation of UML diagrams;
• Knowledge of the SDLC model;
• Understanding of project management methodologies;
• High-level communication skills and presentational skills;
• Experience with handling client’s objections;
• Building new channels of sales;
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
• Processing inbound and outbound leads on Upwork and other channels;
• Researching for the pools of potential clients in professional networks;
• Establishing the first contact;
• Follow-ups management;
• Managing clients interviews;
• Leading client through workflow stages;
• Working with CRM.
Will be a plus: previous experience in project management (outsource company) UI/UX and wireframing Business analysis implementation short to long term living in EU, NAFTA or Australia.
