Tech requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in developing Unity applications
- 2+ years of experience as Tech Lead
- Best experience with Unity3D and C#- you should be an expert
- Experience in developing frameworks and tools in Unity
- Experience with Dependency Injection (Zenject etc)
- Understanding of multi-threaded/parallel programming
- Ability to produce effective software design
- Organizational talent, conscientiousness, and highest-quality awareness
- The passion for game development
- At least Upper-intermediate level of English
As a Unity Team Lead, your duties should include:
- Control and direct the activities of subordinates - conduct a code review, eliminate conflicts and errors
- Solve complex non-trivial technical issues
- Analyze the current architecture, and improve or replace outdated solutions
- Analysis of available technologies and technological solutions in the field of Unity3d / C # development and selection of the most promising projects in the field of the Company
- Constantly improve the quality of development
- Interact with technical leaders of other departments, and find mutually beneficial solutions
- Participation in employee growth processes in the company
- Participation in the process of creating and improving software development and project management standards in the company.
