Our company is looking for a UI/UX designer to work full-time and collaborate with project management, web developers to define concepts and conceive effective solutions across our products & solutions we offer our clients.

About the role

As a UI/UX designer you will execute all visual stages from concept to final hand-off to development.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in UX research;

• Defining user groups and user tasks, building user flow, creating wireframes;

• Creation of a consistent visual language for user interfaces, relying on user knowledge and understanding of business objectives;

• Design of user interfaces for web, desktop and mobile applications;

• Creation of interactive prototypes;

• Testing the user interface before handing over the design to the development team;

• Creation of style guides for the development team;

• Support of the development team in the implementation of design solutions;

• Presentation, argumentation and demo of design solutions to customers;

• Continuous and consistent advocacy of the interests of users.

Required skills:

• At least 1,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design;

• Experience in design research;

• Experience in creating interfaces for web, desktop and mobile applications;

• Ability to present and argue design decisions;

• Fluency in design tools (Figma/Sketch, Adobe creative suite);

• Be aware of what is happening in the world of technology and what place design takes in it;

• Be aware of the latest UX/UI trends;

• Intermediate level of English and higher;

• Teamwork experience and communication skills;

• Portfolio with the latest works.
