Required skills

— Strong experience in design of web/mobile interfaces (we want to see dashboards/ management systems/ e-commerce in your portfolio);

– Long-term experience (at least 2 projects with each duration of 4+ months);

— Strong portfolio of web/mobile interfaces;

— Good understanding of UX (user flow, prototyping, interactions, analytics);

— Proficiency in Figma, or Sketch, or Adobe XD: components, styles and font organization;

— Ability to maintain a holistic approach to visual style through the whole project;

— Ability to develop wireframe- and prototype-based visual styles;

— Good knowledge of typography, excellent sense of color, understanding of composition;

— Ability to justify design decisions taken;

— Ability to meet deadlines is a must.

Will be plus

— HTML/CSS knowledge;

— Analytical skills + instruments (Google Analytics);

— Experience with animation;

— Experience in graphic design.
