ROLE MISSION

Design decisions in product UX, UI, style, usability, and visual representations of a product during design and development phases.

To avoid any confusion, this role does not require 3D modeling skills, yet may benefit from such expertise.

ROLE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Creation of UI/UX for selected products in sales pipeline and production.

ROLE OVERVIEW

- Strong understanding of UX and usability design principles;

- Strong visual design skills;

- Able to work well with a team in a dynamic, cross-discipline, and iterative setting;

- Passionate about UI/UX design and new technologies (like AR/VR, MR, AI);

- Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback;

- Experience in creating UI\UX designs for mobile applications;

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 3+ years of UI/UX/product design experience for mobile and web applications (AR VR would be a plus);

- Ability to convey design concepts (AR/VR will be a plus) through wireframes, flows, storyboards, and mockups; both spatial and flat-like;

- Good artistic skills (proportion, composition, color). Spatial (three-dimensional) vision would be a plus;

- Up-to-date with the current design trends;

- Understanding of software development and disign process;

- Highly proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools. Experience with video editing tools (e.g. AfterEffects) would be a plus;

- Communication, presentation and teamwork skills;

- Communication, ownership, critical thinking, and teamwork skills;

- English of upper intermediate level or higher (writing, speaking) to communicate directly with native speaking clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales phase:

- Consultation of Sales Managers on the possible product ideas and solutions. Assistance with estimation;

Production phase:

- User Experience

- Create intuitive UX design in line with the human behavior and human-computer interaction concepts related to core, and new, functions and features of the products;

- Conduct ongoing research, test and implement the latest concepts in UX and spatial interactivity and principles;

Solution phase:

- Design of the UI/UX, user flow, wireframes, etc. of the product as a result of gathering client business needs, requirements, and own ideas by researching, sketching, prototyping and user-testing;

- Presentation of the created design to the client in collaboration with the Project Manager and Sales Manager;

- Assistance with documentation creation of a set of documents in collaboration with the Project Manager that is required for the Production Team;

User Interface:

- Develop overall design concepts combining creativity with the latest design trends, technics, and technologies;

- Design flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, graphics elements;

- Prepare UI assets for integration into cross-platform and native apps;

- Validating product design decisions against market expectations and readiness;
