Our team is spread across the USA and Europe, most working full-time remote during the pandemic. We have over 40 members with a proven record of impactful success. We value collaboration and operate cross-functionally to improve client and end-user experience and accelerate our clients’ business growth. We work to drive experiments to learn the unknown and optimize business metrics by solving our clients’ and clients’ users’ problems, and to drive innovative initiatives. 

About the role

The role reports directly to the team lead and works closely with various cross-functional teams.

• Help in developing a recruitment strategy
• Building a quality hiring procedure
• High-quality recruitment of personnel of all levels of IT specialists
• Analysis of hiring efficiency and search for effective solutions to meet the demand from the business
• Assistance in automating the recruitment process in the company

What you’ll need:

Skills and Qualifications

• Еxperience with vacancies in the Europe or USA
• 2+ years of experience leading the IT Recruitment Team
• Proven experience in providing a full-cycle recruitment process
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media recruiting, boolean search, direct search,
• executive search)
• Ability to build effective working relationships with Hiring Managers, help to investigate and analyze
• which candidate will be the best fit for each position
• Understanding the real interests of candidates and building long-term relationships with them
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and goal-oriented attitude
• Strong English skills
• Striving for continuous development of professional and personal skills
