Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Management or similar discipline;
Proven experience in Headhunting/recruitment for technical positions – at least 3 years;
Proven experience in recruitment team management – at least 2 years;
Proven success with sourcing candidates using a variety of methods (social recruiting, events, professional networks, etc.);
Deep understanding of local recruitment sources;
English level – advanced.
Responsibilities:
Communicates company goals and deadlines to the team;
Cooperation and communication with other departments;
Setting up recruitment processes for open positions;
Meeting company’s recruitment deadline and goals;
Managing recruitment’s costs;
Recruitment of – A players;
Training and development of the recruitment team.
