Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible;
• Support candidates on all stages of the recruitment flow;
• Screen candidates’ resumes, conduct interviews, give feedback to candidates;
• Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they become a part of Clover Tech Team;
• Create, and publish job profiles and distribute them on social media channels and relevant job boards;
• Recruitment database maintenance in ATS;
• To be ready for a quickly changing environment and position prioritization according to business needs.

Requirements

• 2+ year of experience in IT recruiting in a product, gaming, outsourcing companies or recruiting agencies;
• Experience in leading a full-cycle recruitment process;
• Excellent knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social media;
• Deep understanding of the software development domain;
• Experience with ATS systems (we use Workable);
• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (interviewing, selecting, negotiating job offers);
• Experience working with hiring managers;
• Knowledge of various recruiting tools (not only LinkedIn, Djinni, etc.);
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• High communication and negotiation skills;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Thinking out of the box, creative, proactive person.
