We created all-in-one solution to help service providers manage a high volume of work orders, B2B and B2C customers, and both vendors and in-house technicians.

Field Complete is growing really fast. So we are looking for a Technical Product Manager

Requirements:

— Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 

— Experience interpreting customer business needs and translation of such needs into operational requirements 

— Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills 

— CSPO/PSPO certification and/or relevant experience 

— Deep understanding of Agile SDLC and adoption of best practices 

— Experienced communicator both written & verbal and strong partner management skills and able to influence in servant leadership style 

— Experience in writing Technical Design Documents or Technical Requirements 

— Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills 

— Working experience with Notion, JIRA, and FIGMA 

— Excellent time management skills including task prioritization and scope determination 

— Experience in API, Web or Mobile product development 

— Working with Product, UX and Engineering is a must 

— Proficiency in reading and writing — English

Tasks:

— Analyze the market and competitors 

— Delivery and manage product documentation for planned features 

— Work with product owners and stakeholders to refine the product vision and establish goals and metrics 

— Assist in creating a release plan and help maintain the prioritized project/product backlog — Ensure that the development team has been fully allocated and accounted for during the planning process 

— Maintain consistency within Jira and polices the proper use of the tool amongst the development team 

— Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives 

— Facilitate discussions and conflict resolution in order to improve team productivity & promote continuous improvement 

— Drive delivery of products to market
