    We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to help us grow an amazing team whose mission is to make a relocation process convenient, comprehensive, and comfortable, with the help of technology and a large network of trusted partners.

    We expect from you to:

    • Strategize different ways to build candidate pipelines, execute tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns.
    • Support company hiring goals by owning and proactively building a pipeline for priority and passive roles.
    • Partner with the Leadership Team to understand the competitive landscape and gather insightful recruiting data.
    • Qualify and engage candidates for relevant openings.
    • Implement creative sourcing strategies to achieve hiring goals.
    • Work closely with the Employer Branding Manager to make sure we communicate with candidates the best way possible.


    Our perfect match has:

    • 2+ years of recruiting experience in tech companies (ideally with the following technology stack: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, Redux, GraphQL, NestJS).
    • Proven track record for successfully identifying and closing exceptional candidates in high-growth environments.
    • Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.).
    • Solid industry knowledge with an ability to understand relevant skills, target companies, channels, etc.
    • High level of communication skills and understanding of the importance of a positive candidate journey
